I finally went to the doctor, and I have an upper-respiratory infection. Bleh. She gave me a Z-Pack and cough syrup with codeine in it (so I’ll be able to sleep at night), and sent me on my way. I haven’t taken any kind of cough syrup in probably about 10 years. I dread it so much that I’ll suffer through the illness, or find a pill form of what I’m need. I’m so worried about it, I just Googled what the best way to take cough syrup was, to no help. Well, here it goes!

Well I’m pretty sure that was the most disgusting cough syrup I’ve ever had. I better sleep like a baby. I’m eating some Sweethearts candy, which they changed the flavors of if you didn’t know: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=123692147, to get rid of the taste. I was saying earlier that they didn’t taste as good as they used to, but compared to the cough syrup they are amazing!
